[TagCommons-WG] Face-to-Face Tag Commons Gathering at the Identity Workshop

Through conversations with people in the Identity Commons the Tag Commons
has an invite to meet face-to-face during the Identity Workshop, most likely
on the 15th using a room/space for open discussions.

It seems we could close many of the gaps we have remaining if we in the Tag
Commons can gather face-to-face.  We can use this time to focus on Tag
Commons' needs, as well as interact with people in the identity discipline
to use their lessons learned to build upon.

As identity is an important element for tagging it seems like a good fit.
