[TagCommons-WG] More input on tagging ontologies

Dear all,
I did some work in the area of a tagging ontology for a school project some
time ago.
It was mainly based on the ideas of Tom and Richard, so the props go to
them.
Nevertheless, feel free to re-use anything of it. There is a small paper
written about
that topic, along with a tagging ontology and some sample code for importing
tags
from del.icio.us and querying the data with SPARQL.
Interesting, the topic of a tagging standard just came up some weeks ago on
slashdot
and I wrote about it on my blog (actually an off-topic post, but who
cares... ).

Disclaimer: The paper was written basically overnight, especially the
scenario in
section 3.3. needs some more thorough thoughts...
