[TagCommons-WG] Face-to-Face Tag Commons Gathering at the Identity Workshop

I'm unfortunately not going to be there, but I it would be great if
someone could post notes and send the notes out.

My opinion is pretty simple - we do both an API and a common XML/JSON
serialization for results, with a GRDDL to RDF. Rel-tag and xfolk should
be some basic subset, and we can then make GRDDL transforms for both
rel-tag and xfolk. Ideally, we should have like 2 or 3 different layers,
as long as the layers have different purposes. For example, the simplest
layer should probably just be a rel-tag and xfolk mapping, with the
second layer adding much-needed additional contextual info like
application context, and a third layer adding maybe rules or such for
integration.

Re scheduling, this month I'm pretty busy figuring out how to update the
vCard model for RDF, but as soon as that's over with (about a month),
I'll move my focus to TagCommons.
