Hi Dave,
Our application, Expoze, is geared towards just that through 
clustering of the two input ontologies. I can send you a copy of our 
capabilities brochure and a white paper if you are 
interested.        It is a large file so I didn't want to overwhelm 
the group with a large attachment. Let me know,
