I will change the exporter.
Frankly, I need some time to understand a " URIs dereference" and how to
make it.
I will look at some documents related to this. 
After that, I want to ask you more details if you don't mind.

- URIs must not contain spaces (you have "/scot/tag/semantic web")
- "2008-07-24T02:04:27" is not a valid URI (used as URI object of  
taggedOn)
- are any of your URIs dereferenceable?
