[TagCommons-WG] Label or Term

Hi everyone,

I'm just curious, after looking through some of the previous documentation
on a tag ontology, is there a semantic distinction between "term" or
"label" to describe the word or phrase that a tagger has tagged a document
with?

I know Tom uses "term" in the tag camp presentation, but the use cases in
the tag commons wiki use "label".

I've seen both used regularly elsewhere, and I've only just started
getting upto speed on what is happening here.

Am keen to hear your thoughts :)
