[TagCommons-WG] synonym on the SCOT

Hi, there.

There is little changes on the SCOT.

1) The scot:equivalentTag has changed with the
scot:spellingVariant. The properties scot:underscored, scot:spaced,
scot:slashed etc. are subproperty of this property (except
scot:synonym).

2) But, we still use the equivalentTag in the SCOT. As Danny
pointed out before, the scot:equivalentTag has the same name with one of
Richard's Tag ontology. For improving reusability, we have added the
subproperty relation in the scot:synonym property as following:

<rdf:Description rdf:about="http://scot-project.org/scot/ns#synonym"
rdfs:label="synonym">

<rdfs:comment>Word which means the same as
another word</rdfs:comment>

                           <rdf:type
rdf:resource="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#Property"/>

                           <rdfs:domain
rdf:resource="http://scot-project.org/scot/ns#Tag"/>

                           <rdfs:range
rdf:resource="http://scot-project.org/scot/ns#Tag"/>

                           <rdfs:subPropertyOf
rdf:resource="http://www.holygoat.co.uk/owl/redwood/0.1/tags/equivalentT
ag"/>

                           <rdfs:isDefinedBy
rdf:resource="http://scot-project.org/scot/ns#"/>

</rdf:Description>

3) Also, we have added the scot:associatedBy property to describe
who makes a synonym relationship between the tags.

For instance, if the tags cat and feline are synonym, it can be
described as following:

[cat scot:synonym feline]

==

stat1 rdf:type rdf:Statement

stat1 rdf:subject cat

stat1 rdf:predicate scot:synonym

stat1 rdf:object feline

stat1 scot:associatedBy user1

The property scot:associatedBy has the domain as rdf statement and has
the range value as foaf:Agent.

Feel free to give comments on this change.

Best,

haklae
